Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
